How projects run
We keep things simple, visible, and contained. You always know what’s happening, what’s decided, and what’s coming next.
1. Alignment
We start by understanding your goals, your audience, and why this project exists now. Scope, timeline, and budget are defined up front, so the work moves forward with clear boundaries instead of open-ended change.
2. Direction
We shape the structure of the site, what belongs on it, how it’s organized, and how people should move through it. This is where the foundation is set for both design and development.
3. Design
We explore visual direction, then design the full experience across key pages and devices. You review and refine along the way, so nothing moves into development without real confidence behind it.
4. Developement
We develop the site using a clean, maintainable structure. You can follow progress through a live link, and we test across devices and performance benchmarks before anything goes live.
5. Launch & Handover
We shape the structure of the site, what belongs on it, how it’s organized, and how people should move through it. This is where the foundation is set for both design and development.
6. Support
We stay available after launch for fixes, small adjustments, and guidance while the site settles into real-world use.

Lumara turns shipping containers into low‑impact homes. We rebuilt their site in Webflow to earn trust and drive qualified inquiries, a calm, story‑first path through materials, build method and environmental impact, ending in one HubSpot‑integrated form that filters for people ready to build.

Rose Island, a website inspired by the Netflix film, retells the true story of Giorgio Rosa. Real‑time 3D visuals let visitors roam the structure’s design and its seaside setting, while smooth scrolling animations carry them through the narrative and nudge them to watch the movie for more.
